The small print – not too much of it because we prefer to be spontaneous and friendly!

Cancellations:
We hope you don’t have to cancel your course, but if you do for any reason, we operate the following refund policy:

12 weeks or more prior to your course
Full refund, less admin costs of £10 to cover PayPal charges, not for us!

3 – 12 weeks prior to your course
50% refund, less admin costs of £10 to cover PayPal charges, not for us!

Unfortunately, if you need to cancel within 3 weeks of your course date, we are unable to refund your fees.

If you would like to change the date you’ve booked, please contact me direct and I’ll sort it out personally for you.

We aim to run all our courses irrespective of the numbers booked, however, we do reserve the right to cancel any course due to farming emergencies or any other unforeseen circumstance, in which case we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative date or offer you a full refund of your fees.  We cannot be held responsible for any other expenses incurred in relation to your attendance at any of our courses.

Access:
Kate’s Country School is on a working farm; conditions underfoot can be uneven and agricultural!  If you have any accessibility issues, please email me to discuss; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Dogs:
For obvious reasons, we cannot allow dogs to accompany you on any of the courses as we have livestock running free.

Lambing:
If you or your partner is pregnant, please read this information before you book a lambing course.
