Shearing is a specialised skill and make no mistake… it is seriously hard work! This course will introduce you to health and safety practices, sheep handling skills and shearing equipment; enabling you to develop techniques using both hand and machine shears. Guided by Sam, a BWMB silver seal shearer, and Dad Jim, who’s gold seal, we keep numbers low to allow you plenty of hands-on time to perfect your skills.
